Lush Escorts is a Bangalore escort agency that coordinates every booking and stands behind the experience. This page sets out when a refund is owed, how to ask for one, and how disputes are resolved.

The short version
Most agency bookings are paid in cash to the companion on arrival, so for the majority of bookings there is no advance money for us to hold or refund. The fee is settled face-to-face, the evening begins, and that is the end of any payment question.
The exceptions are bookings that involve an advance to the agency — longer engagements, out-of-town travel, or pre-arranged events. For those, the rules below apply.
The simple guarantee: if the companion who arrives is not the companion you booked, or if she fails to arrive at all, you owe us nothing and any advance is returned in full.

What carries no charge
Browsing — viewing companion profiles, categories, and Bangalore areas is and always will be free of charge.
Wishlist — saving profiles to your wishlist is a free in-browser feature.
Submitting a review — we don't charge to publish a client review.
Calls and WhatsApp to coordinators — the booking line is yours to use, free of any service surcharge from our end.

Refunds the agency will provide
If you have paid an advance and any of the following happens, you are entitled to a full refund:
The companion does not arrive. A genuine no-show, with no replacement offered or accepted, means the advance is returned within two business days.
A different companion arrives. If the companion at the door is not the one shown on the profile you booked, you may refuse the booking and we will refund any advance and credit you a future booking fee equivalent to one hour at the agreed rate.
The agency cancels. If we cancel a confirmed booking for any reason on our side, the full advance is returned within two business days.
To start a refund, message the coordinator who confirmed your booking, or send us a note from the Contact page within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

Situations that are not refundable
Once a booking has begun, the agreed fee covers the time reserved — whether or not the full time is used. We cannot refund:
A booking the client ended early by choice.
A booking the companion ended early because the client was intoxicated, abusive, or refused to honour the agreed rate.
"Change of heart" after the companion has already arrived at the agreed location.
Disagreements about activities that were never offered as part of the booking in the first place — what is on offer is what was stated when the rate was confirmed.

Cancellation by the client
We understand evenings change. Cancellation rules for client-side cancellations:
More than 6 hours before the booking — the advance is refunded in full or held as credit for a future booking, whichever you prefer.
Between 2 and 6 hours before — 50% of the advance is refundable.
Less than 2 hours before — the advance is forfeit, since the companion has likely already turned down other bookings to hold the slot.
For bookings without an advance (cash on arrival), simply let the coordinator know as early as possible. There is nothing to refund, but courteous notice helps the companion plan her evening.
