• A booking platform — we don't take reservations, hold deposits, or process payments.
• An introduction service — we don't broker meetings, vet clients, or play any part in the conversation between you and a profile.

Think of us as the yellow pages, not the receptionist.

Dealings between you and a profile

When you tap a contact button on a profile page, your phone connects you to that person directly. The conversation, the rate, the meeting place, the time, the service offered — all of that is between the two of you. We are not in the room, on the call, or in the chat.

That also means:

• We don't guarantee that a profile will reply, show up, or be available at the time you wanted.
• We don't guarantee that the photos or details on a profile are perfectly accurate — we review listings before they go live, but profiles update themselves.
• We don't act as a witness or arbiter to any disagreement that comes out of the meeting.

If a profile behaves badly — takes a payment and disappears, misrepresents themselves, harasses you — please let us know. We can't refund you, but we can and will remove profiles that have a pattern of complaints.

Reviews and other content you submit

Anything you submit through the site — a review, a takedown request, a message via the contact form — is yours to begin with. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the relevant page (for reviews) or act on it (for messages and takedowns).

You promise that anything you submit is:

• True to the best of your knowledge — honest reviews, accurate complaints, real names if you choose to give one.
• Not defamatory or abusive — criticise a service, don't insult a person.
• Not someone else's content — don't paste a review from another site; write your own.
• Not used to harass or stalk — the contact form is for legitimate questions, not for hounding profiles.

We can remove any submitted content at our discretion if it violates these rules or any law that applies to us.

Acceptable use

While using Lush Escorts, please don't:

• Try to break, deface, overload, or hack any part of the site.
• Scrape the directory in bulk — either with automated tools or by paying someone to do it for you.
• Repost our photos or profile content on other sites without permission from the profile or from us.
• Use the contact form, review system, or any other channel to send spam, threats, or promotional material.
• Pretend to be a profile, an agency, or someone you're not.

We may, without warning, block access from a device or IP that is doing any of the above. Severe or repeated cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Intellectual property

The look and feel of the site — the layout, the typography, the brand mark, the original written copy on shared pages like the home, categories, locations, FAQ and legal pages — belongs to Lush Escorts.

The photos and descriptions on each profile page belong to the profile that submitted them. They give us permission to display that content on the site as long as their listing is active. They retain ownership and can request their listing be taken down at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

Lush Escorts is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the directory accurate and the site running smoothly, but we don't make any specific promises about:

• Uninterrupted availability — the site may go down for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
• The accuracy, quality, or honesty of any profile listing.
• The behaviour, professionalism, or safety of any profile during a meeting.
• Whether the site is suitable for any particular purpose you have in mind.

You use the site, and you act on what you find here, at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lush Escorts and the people who run it are not liable for:

• Anything that happens between you and a profile.
• Money you spend on a meeting that didn't go the way you hoped.
• Loss of data, opportunity, reputation, or anything else indirect or consequential.
• Content posted by users (reviews, complaints) that turns out to be inaccurate.

Where the law doesn't allow us to disclaim liability completely, our total responsibility for anything connected to your use of the site is capped at ₹ 100 (one hundred Indian Rupees). That cap reflects the fact that the site is free to use.
